Okay these are my first attempts but I think some of them are pretty
good. You need to have ICQ Plus to use them. Click on
the link to download it....may need to search for it but it has an easy search
option....very simple to use....
Each skin is a .zip file. You will need to save it and then extract it
into your ICQ Plus Skins directory......
Oh yeah no Paul 1 cause some one already used it.....
